Director and Educational Leader
Has over 24 years of experience in the Early Childhood Education Industry and holds her bachelor’s degree in early childhood education. With a strong passion for children in early learning and a commitment to meeting the highest standards of the National Quality Framework.
Working in the Early Childhood Education sector for the last two-decade as a children services trainer and assessor, through her studies, many years of experience and passion for the industry, she has developed a thorough understanding of what it takes to maximise your children’s early learning and development.
Nicole El chami is a Diploma Qualified Nominated Supervisor with over 8 years of experience working in the Early Childhood industry, she has a passion for learning and is always bringing new idea's to our service, she is married and has 2 beautiful children. Nicole always looks forward to continue working with Children, Families and staff to provide the best service possible.
She also works towards providing a high quality service by following the service national regulations and national quality frame work at all time.
Fosters, supports and develops environments for children to encourage a strong sense of belonging and wellbeing. Her passion is to ensure the child’s care routine are meet promptly and ensure each child’s dignity is upheld.
Has a great sense of humor, loves working with children and families, she is passionate about working in a team environment and supports children’s learning and development through on-going curricular contribution and WHS risk minimisation.
Supports children’s health and wellbeing by role modelling care routine practices to children, assist with daily routines and rituals and curriculum program and planning and the implementation of the NQF.
Thi has over 10 years of experience working in an Early Learning Centre she enjoys working in a team environment to provide high-quality early childhood education development, learning and care to children. Thi has a passion to ensures all practices are in accordance with the NQF and reflect the philosophy, policies and procedures of the service.
Mariam enjoys working with children. she observes and assesses children's emotional and phycological well-being and provides support and guidance. She also supports children’s health and wellbeing by role modelling care routine practices to children, assist with daily routines and rituals and curriculum program and planning and the implementation of the NQF.
